Lauren is a freelance writer who is lucky enough to split her time between London and the gorgeous English countryside. She really hates talking about herself in third person; but here we are.

Lauren’s work focuses on a variety of topics including girlhood, grief, mental health & wellbeing, men on screen & why we respond to them, the y2k pop culture canon and film & women of the studio system era. She also pens the occasional work of fiction and was longlisted for the Laura Kinsella Fellowship 2020 by the National Centre for Writing for her short story The Little Things.

You can find Lauren’s words in places like The Guardian, The Independent, Refinery29, NYLON, The Cut, Vulture & ELLE. She is currently working on her first novel: a generational drama underpinned by an improbable love affair.
