Lauren is a freelance writer who is fortunate enough to split her time between London and the beautiful East Anglian countryside. She really hates talking about herself in third person; but here we are.

Lauren’s work focuses on a variety of topics including girlhood, grief, mental illness, hot men on our hot screens, y2k pop culture and the women & films of Hollywood’s studio system era. She also pens the occasional work of fiction and was longlisted for the Laura Kinsella Fellowship 2020 by the National Centre for Writing for her short story The Little Things.

You can find Lauren’s words in places like The Guardian, The Independent, Refinery29, NYLON, The Cut, Vulture & ELLE. She is currently working on her first novel: a generational drama underpinned by an improbable love affair.
